Guidelines to Parents
Parents’ co-operation is very necessary for the school, and they must recognize that full support is essential for the development of their ward’s future.
- Parents are not permitted to enter classrooms at will, as this disrupts the normal routine of the class.
- However, parents may visit the school and meet the teachers to discuss their child’s progress during the scheduled Parents’ Visiting Days. Intimation of such days is given well in advance.
- If parents have urgent or special concerns, they are encouraged to meet the Principal, who will do her best to assist.
- All complaints or problems should be addressed to the Principal in writing, or written in the student’s diary for the teacher’s attention.
- Parents are requested to regularly check their child’s diary and take note of comments and notices written by the teachers.
- A School Annual Calendar is issued at the beginning of the session, detailing:
- Year’s events and holidays
- Test and examination dates
- School fixtures
Parents are advised to refer to the calendar regularly.
