Guidelines to Parents

Parents’ co-operation is very necessary for the school, and they must recognize that full support is essential for the development of their ward’s future.

  1. Parents are not permitted to enter classrooms at will, as this disrupts the normal routine of the class.
  2. However, parents may visit the school and meet the teachers to discuss their child’s progress during the scheduled Parents’ Visiting Days. Intimation of such days is given well in advance.
  3. If parents have urgent or special concerns, they are encouraged to meet the Principal, who will do her best to assist.
  4. All complaints or problems should be addressed to the Principal in writing, or written in the student’s diary for the teacher’s attention.
  5. Parents are requested to regularly check their child’s diary and take note of comments and notices written by the teachers.
  6. A School Annual Calendar is issued at the beginning of the session, detailing:
    • Year’s events and holidays
    • Test and examination dates
    • School fixtures
Parents are advised to refer to the calendar regularly.
